And this too shall pass
Just yesterday morning we had a taste of spring and today winter is back, which is par for the course in March. Hopefully winter is winding down and warmer, sunnier weather will grace us as the first day of spring arrives.
So, this sleety, snowy day is a gift to me to catch up on computer work, updating the web site with the spring schedule and posting this to let you know it’s online.
As many of you know, I love the warmer weather and the freedom of being outside. I manage the colder weather in the winter, but so look forward to the spring and summer. In case you didn’t know, I am an avid gardener and excitedly await the time I can start digging in the dirt. I also know how beneficial my yoga practice is, keeping me comfortable through all my gardening activities. To help others enjoy their gardening more, I’m offering a workshop called Yoga In and Out of The Garden. Please visit the workshop page and you will find details about this.
This year, my husband’s business, Heurich Photography, is exhibiting at the Hagerstown Community College Flower and Garden Show, March 17th and 18th. I will be giving a short talk and demo at his booth about yoga and gardening. If you happen to come to the show for a taste of spring, please look for us.
As this time of year is good for renewal and beginning anew, please consider the Creating Optimal Health workshop on Saturday March 31st from 11 AM – 2 PM. Through my passion of creating better health, I’ll be sharing ideas, samples of food and accompanying recipes to create more well being in your life.
I hope all is well in your world. If you haven’t been to a class in a while, I’d love to hear from you. So, stay in touch, be well and happy spring.
Blessings,
Simone
